Kids like the themed chairs and the videos. Lolly pops and trinkets at cash register can make good bribes for coaxing into a successful hair cut experience.

Don't be afraid to take your child there. They are great at distracting children and gently cutting hair. A good experience.

It's downtown, so difficult to find parking

Don't bring a stroller! Entrance to the shop is not stroller friendly. Surprising -considering their clients are babies/kids. :(

You have to pay for parking, and book in advance. But the ladies are great and hair looks awesome.

Paid street parking

We bring our iPad with favorite games for our 2yo son as he is scared of the sounds from the clippers and the music on the iPad helps distract him. Also bring an extra shirt (at least for the boys) as hair gets everywhere!

I love Melonhead. I found the staff in Oakville to be better than other location I tried before

They were so great with my 16mo son. Highly recommend them they really take their time with the kids
