Good experience. I expected to be upsold and was aware of what was happening. I am aware of scams related to this. I meant to ask to see the filter that was replaced to be sure, but I forgot. The older guy trying to convince me to get a manual transmission change told me things I knew were false (eg. the clutch would start sticking lol), but I decided to do it anyway. That took longer than expected (20 minutes); no problem. They professional and quick. Took me 10 minutes before closing and kept the shop open til 5:30, so I appreciated that. The voucher includes 5L but even my little 1.8L uses 5.5, but the charge for the additional oil was within reason. Extra charge for full synthetic, of course. So, with a $19 voucher, I paid $235 in addition. The previous day, I took our V8 in and had only a $55 additional charge. So, still cheaper than anywhere else I know of. I would go again.

Staff was very friendly. Gave me several pricing options. Service was fast and efficient. Very pleased will return for future oil changes.
