About Crossfit ZOO

It doesn't matter how fit or unfit you are when you first walk into Crossfit ZOO. The center's coaches welcome members of all ages and abilities, introducing them to a full-body workout regimen that combines strength training, cardio work, and mental conditioning. During each class, coaches will provide individualized feedback and guidance while like-minded attendees support each other. The workouts' exercises use functional movements inspired by real-world activities to create a generalized routine that's applicable to all fitness levels. Attendees may pull weighted sleds, heft barbells, and swing kettlebells, tailoring the scale and intensity of each exercise to match their current fitness level.
