It is great fun for my 13-year-old son. He absolutely loves it and sweated a lot as I had hoped. The instructor is a great teacher and I was so proud to my son all suited up. I would definately recommend it!

Very nice facility. Great instructor. Excellent training. Great to see the kids that are learning to fence and their skills. Take advantage of a marvelous opportunity!

Though the Tai Chi lesson was good, the facility was lacking in cleanliness and the surface of the floor was not conducive to physical exercise. I teach physical fitness in a gym with the proper flooring for exercise. The class was not well attended; only had 5 people.
