Loved it!!! I took the mellow cats. The class was at a pace that and was good for every level. The teacher explained every move clearly and made sure everyone was doing the moves correctly I left the class well stretched and relaxed, looking forward to my next class.

This is an amazing yoga studio. Instructors are very focused on ALL participants and are truly concerned about each and every student. They constantly watch to assist and advise, with the intent on being correct positioning to prevent injuries and maximize the greatest benefit. Have tried numerous yoga studios around Oceanside and this one stand our far and above the rest.

Very nice studio. It's my first time doing Yoga and I felt very welcomed. It was not intimidating to join any of the different classes.

Can’t say enough good things about this studio. Everyone I have met from the owner, to instructors to fellow students has been amazing. Jennifer S has such a cool style of leading classes and the other teachers are all great too. Looking forward to getting a wmembership after I finish my trial month
