Have your grupon ready before you get to the door. It cuts into your massage time if you fail to be prepared. The masseuse has very strong hands which I rarely find anywhere else.

Massage therapist is great, massage was very relaxing and thorough. However, contacting the facility is an issue as the phone is only answered after 6pm and emails not at all, this makes scheduling and canceling appointments very difficult.
