The facility and atmosphere were quite nice. Karmen was friendly, warm and inviting when I arrived. Her class challenging, but not overly stressful. I highly recommend this studio!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this studio! Instructors are amazing, studio is warm, welcoming, peaceful, and energizing! Lots of different options to choose from, and this team of people are experts!

Karen is the owner and she is a very caring person who is truly dedicated to her clients. My experience so far has been great. I am looking forward to trying some of the other classes that are being offered.
