Intense, but teachers show you how to motify lower impact if necessary until you can work up to a higher level. I love it...I can feel the burn after every class.

Suzy does a great job keeping me motivated both at camp and through the emails that she sends. I enjoyed my first camp so much that I signed up for three more.

Should not be advertised as a "personal trainer" There is no 1:1 interaction with instructor, nothing is individually tailored. This is GROUP training. Great program but, definitely misleading and therefore regular membership is overpriced. This is not like having a personal trainer not even a "small group" trainer. However, that said, I have enjoyed this program and will probably do it again. The advertisement though, rubs me the wrong way, should not tout personal training and try to compare the cost of this program to a personal trainer.
