Great stylist, friendly, make you look great

Normal prices are high for the area, but the stylists couldn't be more friendly.

very difficult to schedule appt.....lacks professionalism. Stylist was late, distracted...on phone etc.

After actually lokiing at my hair once I got home, I realized she had not cut it the way I wanted, they way I had asked was for her to cut it just BELOW my shoulders so I could keep some of the length. She cut it way ABOVE my shoulders and just below the nape of my neck. Not what I wanted and after she had us wait for over 30 minutes before she even arrived at the shop, I would have expected her to LISTEN to what I had requested. Also, the $25 she charged to cut and then foam my daughters hair was not justified. The cut looks fine but the foam made my daughter's hair look dirty, not nicely done at all. Very, very unhappy and will not waste my money there again.

Please be sure to include in your advertisement that this salon primarily services women of color. Otherwise, be sure to have the products available to treat all hair types. Thank you.

This visit was a disaster from start to finish. Had to have my highlights colored over at another salon. I looked like a calico cat. Never again!!!
