Great service! They’re really excellent at explaining the why behind processes. Make you feel welcome and safe. A very non-judge mental environment. Staff is knowledgeable and informs you of the “why” behind things. On my third appointment and already seeing results.

I visited the Ogden office. Comfortable procedure, very private, accommodating with time requests and rescheduling. Brenna is very personable and able to answer all my questions. I didn't see any noticeable changes but my measurements did change.

I don’t usually leave reviews. I didn’t see any difference in my teeth’s whiteness after doing this treatment. I’m disappointed. The lady who schedules the appts is incredibly unprofessional and acted annoyed, complained about quite a few things while I was trying to schedule. The lady who did the treatment was nice/ professional, which is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars. Would not recommend.

I went to Aspen Health and Wellness in Ogden for teeth whitening so my review is specific to this procedure and location. They do have a deficiency in answering their phones (and their voicemail does not specify that they are Aspen) and that was frustrating. I did end up leaving a voicemail, and they returned my phone call and we were able to schedule my service.
The Ogden location is not what I would expect for a teeth whitening and sadly, I will not be returning. They are not set up to do this procedure properly. I had to sit on a very uncomfortable chair and had to hold the light to my teeth the entire time. Instead of being provided with a bib as you would at a dental office, I was given paper towels and tissues every 10 minutes. By the end, not only was my mouth sore, but my back and neck were hurting.
The lady that scheduled my appointment and Brenna were very nice and sweet and they are the reason that I'm not giving this business and service a lower rating.
