I bought 4 treatments and they told me that it worked the best if they were done close together but when I went for the second treatment she cancelled the third appt. I had scheduled and then I got a call saying that the laser had been sent in for repair and that I would either get a refund or credit for the two I had left but then I got an email reminder that I had an appt. 9-26-13 so I am really confused.

Very organized, every time I had an appointment they were waiting for me and ready to do my procedure

My first visit I did not get a proper treatment. About half what I should have had. The 2nd visit, with a different young lady, was good and thorough.
