The ladies did a great job

They were the best maid service I have had since I have moved to Oklahoma.

The two girls that came to my house worked for 2 hours and basically cleaned two bathrooms and made two beds. No mopping or vacuuming was done. They were out of time. My house is professionally cleaned regularly and 4 hrs should have been enough.

I'm disappointed in the service. Two cleaners arrived to clean two hours, supposedly. As I explained what was to be done, one woman insisted they wouldn't have enough time to complete all the cleaning task. I had already cleared my countertops and shelves of all items and I had picked up all of the throw rugs for easier dusting,sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. The women insisted they had swept and mopped the kitchen and bathroom floors and cleaned both toilets but it was obvious they had not. My home is about 1,700 sq ft. They worked for less than two hours (about 90 min) then they asked me to look over what they had done. They walked around the house with me . Whenever I pointed out areas that needed more attention, they responded with excuses and denial.

Appointment was set for 5:00 pm, they called at about three and asked if they could come early. They were not very detailed. One of the ladies sent 1 full hour in a 6x6 bathroom. I have only lived in the home for 1 month.....not THAT dirty. If you want a house that smells like it has just been cleaned, they are not your service. All of the products were totally fragrance free. I purchased two cleanings, so I hope that the 2nd one goes much better.
