What a great deal You have to love a gym with a steam room and pool . The NW location is updated and looks clean I enjoy working out there.

The manager that took care of us was absolutely amazing and very friendly. She made the equipment less intimidating.

The ladies there are super nice and helpful. Plus, they explain the machines and put you on a workout program that they monitor and tweak weakly according to your workout goals. They don't just set you free into the workout jungle to fend for yourself!!!!

When you go, take a lock for your locker if you bring a purse or jacket.
