The box office was switching systems. In the process, they lost our reservations. Our group got seats, but did not sit together. I hope this gets ironed out soon!

Didn't like that they over sold the tickets to the show that we bought, causing us to almost not get to see the show for the date we had selected. Then they gave our seats away before the show even began
