Laura West kicked a cigarette habit of more than two decades not with patches, sticks of gum, or cold turkey sandwiches, but through hypnosis. The life-changing success of her treatment inspired her to pursue a master's certificate in hypnosis, become a hypnosis instructor herself, and to open her own studio, West Hypnosis. My experience was great, I would totally recommend it. The staff was very attentive and patience. I would choice this over a message any day. I wish I could have done this sooner!!!

Coming from a family of doctors I have received counseling, in one form or another, for as long as I can remember. My family has always regarded mental health as important as physical health. Laura is simply one of the best in my experience (35yrold). Excellent and honest 'bedside manor'. Kind but still authoritive. Plus , she helps you set realistic goals and builds from where you are instead of taking an "enforcer" role or attitude. I highly recommend West Hypnosis to, well, just about everyone.
