Sara, the owner, is amazing, she is so caring and everything she says makes sense. Another teacher, Sandy, is an excellent instructor - more athletic, strong yoga. I haven't met all of the instructors but I know that I love the studio and that the owner, Sara, and the instructors want what's best for the clients.
