Excellent experience

I was very please with the service and the student who did my facial. The front desk was courteous and attentive and the student seemed knowledgeable and professional. On the negative side, not much "atmosphere" or privacy. There was a child screaming and running outside my room.

They are flexible. Just remember you are at a school so be patient.

My haircut with Sammie was outstanding, she was great and I'd go back to her in a second. I received a manicure and pedicure from another student and it was obviously from a student, but I'd try again with a different student. The discounts are significant and having the instructors double check the work id reassuring.

Takes awhile, but great service

I had more polish on my toes than on my toenails and the polish on my fingers peeled off the next morning. I called and was told a manager would call me back. After several days with no return call I called again and was told a manager would call me back. The actual mani/pedi was bad enough, but the lack of customer service and managers who actually care made it worse. I do not recommend Xenon. At all.
