Very wonderful experience.. all thanks to Shannon for a lovely start of the year. A brief synopsis - a nice welcome with an offer of hot coffee as it started at 10:30am. Nice root touch up color offered and Shannon made an effort to blend it with my existing henna streak. Lovely hair wash with conditioner n blow dry… and Finally a great outcome !! Loved it
