We found A la Maid to be very professional. I would highly recommend them. They came in advance to look over our home and estimate the time it would take to do the work needed. On cleaning day, the friendly crew arrived on time and performed the cleaning perfectly.

Kudos to D & A that arrived to clean my house. I hate to dust and needless to say there isn't any left after my first cleaning. Even all the appliances sparkle and all my surfaces and floor are immaculate. The house smells wonderful too! Many thanks.

I've been batching it four weeks and needed cleaning QUICK. I talked to Amanda on Thursday, she sent out two super women the next noon. They were there for five hours and did it all. Highly recommended!

Lousy experience. Bait and switch.

The 4 2 hour cleaning very confusing I got 2 girls for 4 hours for my teeny tiny house they want you to sign up weekly I said I cant I treat myself twice a year for a deep cleaning overall the girls did a fine job

You get 2 hours of cleaning which is one floor of your house If you have a 2 story house it it $40 plus tax to clean both floors

Their website says they work Saturdays, but then they say they DO NOT clean on Sat. It is hard to set hrs. with them( they give a window, like the cable company). The owner is very unprofessional, saying CONSTANTLY, if you don't like our policies, then get a refund... and now have contacted me twice asking how my service was, when I did "get a refund".... don't they keep notes, or communicate??? Lastly, when I already paid, why do they NEED a credit card on file from me? So many poor customer service skills, no way to run a company.....
