The Orpheum is a beautiful venue, not a bad seat in the house. Ballet Nebraska's Swan Lake was breathtaking, emotional, and will not be forgotten any time soon.

Will go back because of the performers. However, the venue was poorly planned. Had to wait outside for over 30 minutes and the performance was delayed because of it. There was little assistance while inside too. No one to help you to your seats or with questions.

I bought lower deck tickets and got stiffed. I ended up in the nose bleed are. It was impossible to see the show. Never buying tickets again.

The seats are sqeaky, the restroom finishes remind me of an early 80's airport, the acoustics are poor, our show started 30 minutes late because there were only two ticket windows open to distribute perhaps 1000 tickets before the show started, the inside is drab and showing wear, there is no handicapped seating and the orchestra pit has been filled in. MidAmerica Center or the Orpheum would have been a better facility.
