The meat was obviously well aged and cut, but a Strip with so much ligament material in it that I had to spit it out rather than chew it and swallow is unacceptable at an establishment of this quality.

Not very good. My prime rib was over cooked and the meat tough. The asparagus was fresh but seemed to lack something. The blue cheese potatoes were fine but nothing I couldn't make at home. The Paxton is much better and to be honest I've had better at outback steak house.
