It was harder then I expected, but at the end of the class you will still be happy that you did it. The instructor was very energetic and helped make the class a lot of fun. I will definitely be going back there with friends. :)

The instructor was incredibly unprofessional and extremely vulgar the entire time I soon as I interacted with her, I wanted to leave And the friend I went with, we actually left 20 minutes early because the instructor was just over the top vulgar and inappropriate

Adena is the world's most vulgar and inappropriate person to ever exist I have a raunchy sense of humor and I hardly ever get offended, but she's incredibly offensive not only in the way she talks, but the physical things she does She talks about her private parts in every slang term you can think of, pretended she was having sex during the class, and by no means is this a workout class It is "how to be a stripper 101" We left early because we were so grossed out by her actions and her language and we were also disappointed that we drove all the way to Omaha to be verbally molested
