If they want to change the schedule, they should at least call a day before the appointment. The staff needs a portable phone since they're not always in the desk to answer the calls and they can't reply / call back right away or assign a receptionist

Great service. I will definitely be back! The hot stone massage I received while allowing my masque to set in was amazing. I felt in a daze because I was so relaxed. Today (the next morning) my skin feels absolutely wonderful!

Valerie did my facial and she did an incredible job she's really nice too, I highly recommend her and will be going there again.
