The place was dirty, the instructors are disinterested (in students and especially in clients) and the prices are outrageously high.

The management does not provide the students with the correct brushes for blowing drying curly hair..the quality of the nail polish was terrible..it peeled off the next day..as they dyed my hair, the did not clean off my scalp, I had to come back for them to properly clean it and they got hair dye on my purse....will NEVER go there again

I would recommend for a hair cut, but not manicure. Tried to make appointment for daughter and self. Taken an hour late, missed part of our play and both manicures were damaged before the end of the day. No manager offered anything free to help

Unprofessional! Made an appointment for haircut , was denied service because they decided to close early that day and they had already started to clean up.
