About The Pint House

When the Ventura family decided to open a second location of The Pint House in 2012, they did so under the notion that it wouldn't have to be exactly the same as its predecessor. And it's not—at the Orange outpost, groups gather around a 17-foot redwood table and share Asian-inspired small plates such as teriyaki beef skewers and ahi poke. They can also drool over each other's entrees of short-rib bolognese and shrimp-wrapped scallops.

Both spots serve the burgers The Pint House is known for, half-pound sirloin patties that are hand-pressed to order. Several versions are available on both menus, including the West Coast BBQ burger with applewood smoked bacon, melted cheddar, and housemade sauce. Craft beer is another common denominator, as are signature cocktails and atmospheres rich in both nitrogen and oxygen.
