Great new experience! Clean studio and equipment, the instructor was very informative and helpful. I enjoyed the class very much. The workout itself was new to me, but effective.

Been to three classes so far, love it so much I bought another package. The instructors are motivating, in a truly energizing way. I only look at the clock once per class to see when it's over, and it's always going faster than expected. At the end, I always feel like I did a great workout and can't wait to go back!

The instructors are amazing! They offer easier and harder options during the exercises so everyone can get the workout that's perfect for them. They are incredible motivators as well, not too pushy or anything but truly just want you to do your best! I always feel so great after going to the classes. It's just an incredibly satisfying workout.

I love the small class sizes. The instructors are the right balance between nice and tough/motivating. It's the ideal workout for me.

Great workout - no pressure to keep up if you are a rookie like me. Both Vanessa and Eveltn were excellent!!
