I have talked to Mat Gover and discussed his program. I am just waiting to hear back from him as to whether my daughter and I can enroll in his next session which begins on Feb. 25. He has a huge waiting list apparently and is considering opening a new session to accommodate more people. I would love to give you my feedback after I get the opportunity to work with him. Thanks! So far the fitness program is working very well for me. The staff seems nice. I just started though, so I can't say how effective it is in the long run.

Mat and the other trainers are professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and fun. Best trainers I've ever worked with! Im so glad I was introduced to them through this deal and will continue working with them!

Schedule was not accommodating. I was put on a waiting list then added to a class that was cancelled.
