The Khao Soi is by far the best dish there. I lived in Thailand for 3 months and it is a northern dish and one of my favorites. A close second would be Nam Tok. The ground rice in the dish gives it a grainy flavor you can't get anywhere else.

Sometimes the service lacks a bit if it's busier. Fantastic food though, I always recommend Pad Thai Siam as the best Thai food in Utah.
