Such a cool experience. The staff was amazing and so knowledgeable. Everyone had a great time!

Had an amazing time there! Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Followed my child’s lead in what he was interested in explained things so he could understand!

Visited in August 2018 with girls (12&13). We were met and guided through the indoor portion where the reptiles are. The guide was fun, friendly and informative answering all our questions big and small. We were able to have hands on with most reptiles we asked for during the guided portion. There is also a place at the end where you can have more hands on experiences. We went for a hike on the trails by ourselves, these are well maintained with many beautiful spots along the way. A great day for sure. We recommend the experience and will return.

Amazing, friendly, informative volunteers and staff members! They had tremendous patience with our children and answered all of their questions. It was so nice to feel comfortable with the reptiles and be given the opportunity to hold and handle a great number of them. I would highly recommend to go with your family, we will definitely return!

Scales is a wonderful place, not only are they researching and protecting endangered reptiles in Ontario but they are educating and giving kids an amazing experience! I highly recommend this experience for kids! Don’t be afraid snakes have an undeserved reputation.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff

A great place to takes the kids for a few hours. My wife and I enjoyed seeing and learning all about the different reptiles they had.

Had a great time! Kids loved it and it was very interactive and hands on. Would go back.
