Horrible horrible. My contact # is (407) 4078-3050 please call. I would like a refund. I purchased this repair package in August/September 2013. I gave Computer Controller my cell on September 6 for a simple cracked screen repair which would take 3 or 4 days due to all of the Groupings orders. I have not received my phone from them since. They deal in deception. I had to pay an additional $25 fee to the business. I will not continue as a Groupings costsumer if this continues.

Little touch and go at first but they took care of the confusion. It took a long time to get a appointment scheduled.

Terrible all around.

Lots of hassle involved in getting service. Issues with scheduling the appointment, then it took several days and several wasted trips to the location to retrieve repaired phone. Ultimately they did fulfill the commitment but not worth the aggregation and inconvenience.

It took over amonth to get the repairs started, they kept telling me they didn't have parts, and when they finally had the parts it too a week to get my phone back when they told me it would take 2-4 hrs. They would not respond to my text or phone calls, and every time I would go up there they would give me different excuses like, the new screens are bad or simply it's not done yet. The more frustrated I got the ruder they would become, and I was at there mercy because they would not give me my phone back. I would much rather pay full price than to have to put up with that horrible service.

They charge more for the service once you get there!

I absolutely will never come here again. I went there to get my cracked screen on my iPhone 4S fixed and when I came to pick it up they were wanting me to pay an extra 25 dollars that they did not tell me about. The next day I had to go back to get it fixed again because they had broken my charge port, and my phone wouldn't charge. I can't stand it there, and I believe Computer Controllers should go out of business.
