Prompt and professional. However actual service was average. A very good clean, but wouldn't call it a full detail. They didn't vacuum/clean the trunk of my car, and didn't open the 3rd row seats of my SUV to vacuum the floor.

Didn't show up when they were supposed to. I had to call them to see what happened. They did come the second time but for what I paid I didn't think I got my money's worth

There was wax left on my car in several places and part of the center console was never cleaned. They left crumbs and dirt all around the adapter outlet.
