I liked my first facial experience. My beautician was very nice made me comfortable. I have to say it wasn't what I was expecting. Hope her shop stays working.

The atmosphere is professional yet cozy and personal. The owner/operator conducts herself very professionally and does a great job! Have already recommended her salon to someone else. Would definitely go again.

you can never get ahold of her. she never confirms appointments with you. she double books herself and she never answers her phone.

Nothing was explained to me during the facial, very impersonal. Cold personality. I felt very uncomfortable. Would not recommend Epic Skin Care. The area did not appear clean, products on table were not in order very messy ! She does not enjoy her job !
