Well, I ordered lamb chops medium well and they came back overcooked beyond well done. I asked to have it redone, but to be on the safe side I asked for medium. This time they came out well done. Thankfully they still had good flavor, but I was a little disappointed. I think the fried kibbeh was overcooked too. But I could only base that on pictures I've seen of other fried kibbeh. I plan to come back again, but I may have to stress that I don't want my food overcooked. (Please don't hate me!)
