The 60 minute massage I purchased lasted 45 minutes. I even confirmed with the receptionist afterward that I had indeed purchased two 60 minute massages and she confirmed. It was good it just ended 15 minutes early:(

I honestly had a very poor experience in the first of the 2 massages. The therapist started 10 minutes late and ended 15 minutes early, making it only a 35 minute massage. She kept asking me me if the pressure was ok (like 10 times throughout the service). When I asked for deeper pressure, it remained the same. I finally just told her it was fine. The massage was not enjoyable at all. She seemed to not really know what she was doing. She literally "karate chopped" my entire body at one point... I almost didn't come for the second appointment, but decided to in hopes that I would have a different therapist. When I arrived (early), there was construction going on at the building and nowhere to park. Since they didn't call to let me know, I called the desk and was informed I needed to park across the street. The therapist I had for this appointment was actually fantastic, one of the best masseuses I've had. However, the construction caused the persistent sound of a jackhammer on the roof throughout most of the appointment. I wish that I was making this up, but literally, toward the end of the appointment, the therapist asked if I smelled smoke. As I was leaving, a construction worker came in asking if there was a fire extinguisher because he was concerned about the fire on the roof. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
