May be hard to get scheduled, but he does an EXCELLENT job, above and way beyond what I expected. True quality work in his detailing!

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness of my car but communicating with the personnel wasn't as great. On my first call to set up the appointment my call was answered, that was the only time they answered their phone. Their phone's message machine was "full" & I couldn't leave a message when I tried to call them. I don't text & after 3 tries of calling via the phone I had to wait for them to call me back. They arrived 1 1/2 after my appointed time but did only take 1 hr. as promised.

He and his partner did an outstanding job detailing my car. Arrived on time, pleasant, friendly, etc. I will definitely use this business again. Great Value.

JPL Mobile Detailing had me text my address twice to use for directions for an appointment, both times they didn't show up. On another occasion they took my phone number and said you would call back to schedule, they did not return call.
