You may want to call them the day before your appt to confirm. They were 15 minutes late and when I called the guy he said he was running late and would be there in 15 min but it was 45 minutes later before he got here.

He was very professional, was quick and easy to schedule with, and worked hard for my car to shine! Would definitely recommend!

The service was done in just about an hour, which is relatively quick. When I got it back, the seats were absolutely soaked. He told her to keep the windows rolled down to help dry it out, which she did, but now 2 days later and IT'S STILL DAMP! Not to mention, it smells absolutely horrible. I had never heard of a detailing job soaking the seats at such an extreme level that it's impossible to even sit in. The fact that it's been 2 days, she's had the windows down, and even with the Florida sun, it's still very damp is evident of that. The exterior doesn't look clean at all and doesn't even look it was touched outside of the tires. The tires were the only satisfactory part of the service.

This company is next to impossible to get ahold of. They do not respond to texts or voicemails. When I finally did manage to make an appointment for two weeks in advance as the owner suggested when I talked to him, he called the day before and tried to reschedule the appointment.
