They are only open to public on Mondays from 11:00am- 5:30pm Otherwise, you can attempt to upload your "pre-made" design I was thankful for Melissa who helped me with my design when I walked in The software is hard to understand and she put it all together for me with my ideas that I threw at her! Thank you! I'm sure they will turn out great!

Still haven't received the finished product, but so far the experience was favorable. Much simpler than I expected it to be. If the item I ordered is good quality, I will give them repeat business.
