Was expecting nothing more than a kilted version of Hooters, but it was MUCH BETTER! The service was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was FAR BETTER than expected. Not just 'pub grub', but great meals.

Cute and friendly waitresses. The wings were great, but over-priced compared to other places that sell wings. 8 wings for 9.99 is above normal restaurant prices. More typical is 10 wings for 7.99-8.99.

Your waitresses and bartenders need to learn a little about beer... ie. what a hoppy beer is. Hops are one of the 4 main ingredients in beer, your people serving and taking orders might want to know a little bit about it... management needs to hold a beer school. Call the local home brew club and have them send an expert out to train them on your beers. Next, get a hoppy beer in your draft selection. All these liabilities were overlooked because of the outstanding talent that you have hired. Your staff look great... I mean GREAT... in their uniforms! Great job hiring talented people.
