when I first got there I asked guestions like prices on Laundry items and dry cleaning. I was given a price if I prepaid and another price if not. Then when I told her I had a group on she changed the prices and told me that Group on deals did not apply to those prices. She doubled the price, it went from $2.79 to $4.99 a garment.. what a ripp off. I was so angry I ended up using my coupon so I don't lose it but with what I paid group on and the difference out of pocket..I would have made out better paying the cleaners "prepaid" deal and would have been better off, so I really didn't get a deal because I bought a $30 group on deal and only paid $15..in the long run I paid more. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM GROUP ON AGAIN. I'M DONE AS SO ARE ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
