Got my eyebrows done, and this morning I woke up with a weird scrape where my eyebrows were waxed. Not sure how/why. I get them done regularly and never had this happen

Everything was great. They were a little unorganized and the polish they used perls off after a day or two but everyone was friendly and I had a great time chatting with the girls.

Staff is very friendly but don't count on speaking to anyone there if you call. They rarely confirm appointments, cannont be reached on the telephone. They want you to "text" them, which is ridiculous as a business. Sometimes you get "text" back quickly and sometimes it takes hours. Really need to work on this area. Their business line is a cell phone. Not professional for a salon.
