Hot House Yoga offers a variety of classes including Beginners Yoga, Vinyasa, Core, Yin, Gentle Yoga, Sacred Music, Community Yoga, & Family Yoga. You can learn more about each class in our class descriptions page on our website. There are heated and non-heated classes that are available for both the beginner and advanced yoga student. The heated classes stimulate detoxification in addition to yoga’s traditional benefits, which include stress release, weight management, improved circulation and sleep, and a boost in bodily energy. The experienced & knowledgeable yoga teachers at Hot House Yoga create quality yoga classes that give each student the opportunity to get the most out of their yoga practice.You will find that the teacher will offer modifications & props dependent upon each student’s individual needs. Students attend our studio for many different reasons including increase strength and/or flexibility, weight loss, balance, healing an injury, overall physical & mental health. A students journey towards betterment in health & well-being will be supported by the the many yoga classes offered, quality teachers, posture clinics and both the 200HR Beginner Yoga Teacher Training Program and 300 HR Spiritual Evolution Advanced Teacher Training Program. Hot House Yoga has been nominated Readers Choice Award from 2007-2016 by The Daytona Beach News Journal for yoga studio in the community.
