When you schedule appointments you should honor them. We had to schedule 3 different times and made one trip there which was a 45 minute drive and time off of work just to be told that they were running behind schedule and had to come back some other day.

The staff was very nice but when i had the cleaning it was not done well and the dental hygenist kept saying i was an over achiever and my teeth hardly needed cleaning. I did not want all the xrays they wanted to take which i believe were way to many about 26. They said they had to check with the dentist and i ended up getting about 18 which i still felt was too many.The dentist came in to examine my teeth and she kept poking at my crowns and putting way to much pressure on some of them.The teeth whiting kit was not done as it was advertised in the group on it was a cheap kit that had some whitening paste in a cheap form. I have had some problems with one of my crowns since my visit so i would not recommend Smile Generation to anyone
