Have more options for people that want to get healthy but don't have a lot of money to spend.

The only thing I don't like is that it seems the first appointment is like "merchandise". But when you talk to the responsibles, they are very kind and helpful. MAT was my favorite person because he helped and motivated me very much!

The assisstant manager wasn't very amicable. She didn't try and upsale me or convince me of any other membership. She didn't explain what the executive membership included.

Went in with no preconception. I was pleasantly surprised. Facility was clean well organized.

When I had my fitness assessment I was browbeaten by the assessor in order to try and sell me personal sessions. I was extremely unimpressed and didn't enjoy attending the gym at all. I'm glad it's changed to a Good Life, they seem like a much more pleasant company.
