She didn't spend enough time while doing the laser hair removal. The system she uses is the kind that requires more time and would take at least half hour to do the upper legs. I've done laser hair removal before and it was great and the system used was not the same as this one, it worked well and it was fast and painless. Maradella spa rushed me out of there the second time I went and she took a total of 5 mins to do both legs. I was not happy and I actually never went back. Waste of money.

I had a horrible experience. She glued my eyes shut and ripped out my eyelashes. I have bald patches along my lash line now. My eyes were in so much pain. I had to get them removed at another salon the same day.

Not the most professional experience.

Went for a microdermabrasion - 2 hrs after my appt., there are red lines across my face and neck - pictures to prove it.
