Good work friendly service

Maxine, the owner or manager (not sure) did my hair and gave me an excellent cut. She and her staff were friendly, intelligent and had a good sense of humour. The conversation was entertaining and clients were welcome to join in at any time. The salon had a nice atmosphere.

Maxine has a passion for her business. It is obvious she knows about customer service.

Lack of customer service. I felt as though I was an inconvenience to the stylist and for that reason I will not return. From the moment I arrived I did not feel welcome, and by the end of things, I just wanted to get out. She barely spoke two words to me and when I asked her a question in an attempt to spark some type of conversation, the answer was straight to the point and not really pleasant. I wasn't shown how my cut looked after she was complete and due to the way she styled my hair, I can't really be sure until it's re-washed. Overall bad experience and I will not be recommending Salon Volume to friends.
