Arrived when they said they would. Did the work in an appropriate amount of time and left no mess to clean up after they where gone.

Scheduling an appointment was easy. The technician arrived at the expected time, removed his boots at the door and wore a mask, respecting safe distancing. He worked for about an hour and reported the furnace was clean and in good shape. The filter didn't need replacing so he left the new filter.
