Very good service, but I would suggest that the persons providing the various services ( color specialist, the woman who washed my hair) introduce themselves to their clients. I had to ask the colorist what his name was, and when it came time for rinsing, I was sent to the sink and served by another person without an introduction. Then the colorist left the salon without checking on my finished color or saying good- bye
