It is a beautifully clean and convenient office - right beside the Bay in the mall!! The receptionist is very friendly and accomodating ... and the coffee and tea are excellent! Upon entering into the office, the staff are excellent - very professional, detail oriented and friendly. I felt special and excited. The results are outstanding - everyone says that I look 10 years younger - and I need all the help I can get!

I've had 6 full facial & neck skin tightening and 3 sessions of pigmentation removal. Both procedures have been extremely effective. I've had a lot compliments and I feel very happy with the results.

They are a bit pushy with regards to selling their services. And I didn't really see any difference after the supposed tightening treatment (and it was very painful).

Poor customer service, the receptionist is just rude. The service was slow, booked an appointment at 3 but the treatment started at 430 Also, they charge 40 bucks for a numbing cream ....yep. + tax

never go back there again, as a matter of fact I did not continue my treatment. Not safe at all .
