My lower back felt nice and stretched out after the decompression. The chiropractor was kind and took his time explaining what was happening. I did not feel rushed and would go again.

I was hesitant about spinal decompression but I was in so much pain I thought I would give it a go. Tanya was very professional and asked a lot of questions and the consultation went for some time. Then she explained the decompression process and I did it. It was quite simple but I did feel a lot better afterwards. I'm going again. Any doubts about spinal decompression I had are totally gone. I'm not cured but I feel like I'm on the way.
