tell John he is not a man of his word - says he will make things right or call back and never does. what I paid for was not what we received - never rotated the tires or did inspection so I kind of half to wonder if they even changed the oil. mickey mouse operation

My tires never got rotated, they never removed my brake pads from the front seat of my car which they said they would. My appointment was at 3 and my car was not ready until 5:45. I will not go back!
